Hi I am 29 years old and my breast size is 32B. As various people suggested I have used massging techniques for more than 6 months now and no result. Still i use the same size bra. People suggest some pills and creams but I am scared to take those without medical advise thinking not to take risk on health. Is there any cream/pills which can help me in achieving this without side effects.

The contraceptive pill can sometimes in case breast size because of the hormones in them. However this is just artificial hormones causing this so it's not going to change them permanently. Unless you want to under surgery to increase their size you've just got to get used to what God gave you because other creams/pill/exercises aren't going to work.
