I went for tour to rajasthan.. der was a very hot temperature due to sunlight my skin got black n tan.. plz suggest me something to remove tht tan from my hand face n neck

All you can do is use sunblock from now on and let the suntan naturally fade away. It will do so in time not right away but your skin will return to its natural color if you don't continue to expose it to the sun.
