My boyfriend is a heroin addict. He just checked out of rehab after being there a few hrs. He is on his way to my house. He needs to go back. What do I do? Do I ignore him? He is not thinking straight and we are also under a tornado watch. It is bad out. I dont want him here. He is supposed to be detoxing.

There is very little you can do. The only choices you can make are for yourself not for him. You can leave or not let him back in. You can not make him want to get clean. An addict's drive to use is often much stronger than any relationship: lover wife even child. You must decide for yourself if you are willing to be a third party in that relationship. I am so very sorry to be so blunt but it is too often that the heroin comes out the winner. You must take care of yourself first and foremost. Good luck to you.
